Heel toes are used often. I teach this version in virtually all my lessons because of it's versatility. This also starts to prep you for heel toe flicks. Here our feet are flexed into opposite positions, one toe up and one heel up. This positioning feels awkward as many moves I found have. Don't be discouraged if you don't get a move right away, lots of us drill, drill and drill before we reach an ability level we're remotely comfortable with.
